During mid-term school holidays six (6) of our students travelled to Esteli for supporting the Circus Project their partner Lester Jirón belongs too. Lester has been training and living with us in Granada since February 2005.

For three (3) days our kids did acrobats, juggling and diabolo workshops for a group of 20 participants aged 10 to 17 from Boris Vega neighbourhood and FUNARTE mural project.

As ending of this first experience the workshop kids and our young trainers organized a performance for the community.

Motivation was so high that our kids decided to carry on with a follow-up workshop travelling to Esteli once a month for a full weekend intensive training.

Next meeting will be on July 29 and 30.
