Mid-November finally the new property was bought with the support of EEF (Equal Education Found Switzerland). The 3600 square meters sized estate is located at the periphery of Granada with a view at the Vulcan Mombacho and the city center with the cathedral. With the help of the town twinning project Frankfurt-Granada will be constructed a cultural centre building where children of the surrounding barrios (suburbs) will have the chance to take classes in performing and visual arts: theatre, mime, circus, dance, puppets, painting, design, etc. By running these classes the youngsters participating in the project for several years have the opportunity to pass on their skills. Through the new premises it is possible to realize new educational options: free use of computers, an own performance space and better lodging for the participants of the project.
